• If it is not settled. Either of us may take it to the state or federal courts located in Ohio, USA, which have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Severability. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• Entire agreement. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of this website. Any separate written agreement for our products or services governs those products or services.
• Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor of our business. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
• Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, or failures of networks, power or third-party services.
