How Logic Mango collects, uses and protects your personal data, and how to ask us about it.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Summary in plain language

  • We collect only what you send us — such as your name, email and message — plus standard technical logs.
  • We use it to reply to you. No marketing unless you ask, and we never sell your data.
  • No cookies, analytics or tracking on this website.
  • Contact-form data is stored in India. You can ask to see, correct or erase it at any time.
  • Questions, requests or complaints: email us at talk@logicmango.com.

This summary helps you find your way; the full text below is what applies.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This website (logicmango.com) is run by Logic Mango LLC, trading as Logic Mango, with its registered office in Ohio, USA (“Logic Mango”, “we”, “us”).

For the personal data described here, Logic Mango decides why and how your data is processed. We handle it in line with the data-protection laws that apply to us and to you.

It covers this website and the emails you send us. It does not cover our products, which have their own notices and agreements, or other websites we link to.

2. The personal data we collect

What you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your company name (optional)
  • your phone number (optional)
  • the topic you choose and your message

When you email us at talk@logicmango.com, we receive your email address, your name as it appears in your email, and whatever you choose to include.

Technical data

Like any website, the servers that deliver our pages record standard technical data for security and operations: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the date and time of the request and the pages requested.

What we do not collect

  • This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
  • There are no accounts, logins or payments on this website.
  • Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page does not contact a third-party font service.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data or information — such as passwords, bank, card or other financial details, health information, or biometric data. Please do not send it to us through the form or by email.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use your personal data only for these purposes:

  • to read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue the conversation you started;
  • to keep a record of our correspondence with you;
  • to tell you when a product you signed up for opens;
  • to keep this website secure and working (technical data only);
  • to comply with our legal obligations.

Legal basis. When you send us an enquiry, you provide your details voluntarily for a specified purpose — getting a reply. We process them only for that purpose. Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to you, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement with us. If you tell us you do not want us to use your details, we will stop. Where we need your consent for anything else — for example, if you ask to receive product updates — we will ask for it separately, in clear terms, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not send you marketing unless you ask us to. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising, and we collect only what we need for the purposes above.

4. Where your data is stored and who handles it

Messages sent through our contact forms are processed by Logic Mango’s own business platform, hosted on Google Cloud in India (Mumbai region), and kept in our contact inbox. We reply by email, sent through an email service provider. Emails you send us directly are held in our business email service. This website itself is hosted on Google Cloud.

These providers act as our Data Processors: they handle data only on our instructions and under contract. We share your personal data only:

  • with those service providers, to the extent they need it to host, store or send messages for us;
  • with our professional advisers (such as lawyers or auditors), who are bound by confidentiality;
  • with government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where the law requires us to;
  • with a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, on the same terms as this policy.

5. International transfers

Contact-form data is stored in India. Some of our service providers — for example, the network that delivers this website quickly around the world, or our email service — may process data in other countries. Wherever your data is processed, we use providers that protect it under contract to the standards in this policy.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and emails: for as long as we are in conversation with you. If no working relationship follows, we delete them 24 months after your last message.
  • Beta and waitlist sign-ups: until we have told you the product is open, or until you ask us to remove you.
  • Server logs: 30 days, for security and to investigate misuse.

We keep data longer only where the law requires it — for example, if your enquiry becomes a contract and tax or accounting law requires us to keep the records. When you ask us to erase your data, we do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. How we protect it

We take reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches. They include:

  • encryption in transit (HTTPS) for every page and form on this website;
  • hosting on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls;
  • limiting access to your data to the people who need it to reply to you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

If something goes wrong

If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you without delay — what happened, what it means for you and what we are doing about it — and report it to the authorities where the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
  • correct inaccurate or misleading data, complete incomplete data, and update your data;
  • erase your data once it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • stop using your data where you have withdrawn your consent — this does not affect processing already done;
  • answer your questions or complaints about how we handle your data.

To make any of these requests, email us at talk@logicmango.com (see Contact, below). We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so we do not give your data to someone else. We do not charge for this.

9. Children

This website is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Other websites

This website may link to other websites. Their own privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes — for example, if we ever add analytics or cookies, we will say so here first and ask for consent where the law requires it. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change significantly affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.

12. Contact
