What is MangoMend?

Our first product: your help desk on autopilot. It answers calls, WhatsApp and email, watches your app’s logs and health around the clock, and finds the root cause when something breaks, and calls your on-call person when it is urgent. It asks your team only when it matters.

How early is early access?

MangoMend is at the Sprout stage: prototyping, shaped with early feedback. We are bringing in a small number of software teams as it matures, and we will reach out as places open.

Does MangoMend need access to our code?

Only if you turn on root-cause analysis or code fixes. It reads your code but never pushes to it; fixes arrive as pull requests that you approve.

Where is our data kept?

In the region you choose. Each customer is kept separate, and every AI action is logged with who approved it.

What will it cost?

MangoMend is a subscription priced by the capabilities and channels you turn on. We share pricing with early-access teams.

Do you take on custom software projects?

No. Logic Mango is an AI product development company, and the only products we develop are our own. We put all our effort into building and running them.
